This talk is about what happens when a creative director uses AI from the first spark of an idea, before a single asset gets built. I'll walk through Hellcrest VI / AREA 1181 as a case study — AI in the room from initial concept through what actually got fabricated, and an honest account of what it replaced versus what still had to be a human call.
