Below, you will find important show dates and hours! Here are a few helpful links:

• Exhibitor Hub - Edit your companies exhibitor listing with your company logo, pictures and products, which are all viewed by attendees and available on the show's mobile app!
  • This is a great way to gain exposure to attendees! With the purchase of an enhanced listing you have the opportunity to post videos and product listings for attendees to view before they arrive on-site.
  • You will need to log in with the contact email that has received the confirmation letter. Then you will create a personalized password to access the hub. If you are unsure who the contact is, please reach out to Katherine Marsh, [email protected].
• Registration - You can access staff registration and badge allocation as well as purchase/view lead retrieval scans through the registration task list on the exhibitor hub.

• LDI Debuting Product Nominations Are Open until November 20
  The LDI Awards are presented to the best debuting products launched at LDI 2026 or available for the first time in the United States on the LDI 2026 trade show floor. Our panel of industry experts will evaluate these new products, with an eye towards cutting-edge technology. All exhibitors are invited to nominate products in the following categories: Lighting, Architectural Lighting, Projection & Digital Media, Staging and Rigging, Audio, Special Effects, and Widgets. • New Technology Breakfast: To apply to participate at the new technology breakfast, fill in the form here before November 20.

• Exhibitor Marketing Toolkit - Download logos and graphics to help promote your booth presence and increase your brand exposure on social media. 
• Exhibitor Competition! The exhibitor who brings in the most attendees using their promo code will win up to $9,000 in prizes! Get your promo code to invite customers with a FREE Expo Hall Pass by logging into your registration portal. Use our marketing tools to share your participation!
• Hotel & Travel - Connections Housing is the official housing company for LDI. All hotel reservations must be made through Connections Housing to receive discount show rates. Beware of other housing companies claiming to have special rates for this event.

• Important Reminder: LDI is a dark show, meaning exhibit hall lighting is intentionally dimmed during show hours to support lighting, projection, and visual technology demonstrations. Exhibitors are encouraged to plan accordingly and consider ordering overhead lighting and/or power for booth lighting fixtures through GES to enhance product visibility and attendee engagement.
