Vanessa Milara Alzate is the Owner and CEO of Kirkpatrick Partners and Founder and CEO of Anchored Training. She leads the modernization of the globally recognized Kirkpatrick Four Levels® framework, helping organizations move beyond activity metrics to measurable performance impact. With more than fifteen years of experience advising enterprise and federal organizations, Vanessa specializes in connecting learning strategy, behavior change, and business outcomes. She is the author of Building a Culture of Evaluation (forthcoming May 2026), which introduces a new vision for Enterprise Performance Intelligence.
