Tania Ordoñez Prieto is the Senior Manager of Entertainment Technical Operations at Celebrity Cruises, where she leads large-scale technical upgrades, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures world-class production quality across a global fleet. Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, Tania is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a background in live entertainment and technical design. Her international experience includes working with OCESA in Mexico City, Cirque du Soleil at Sea, The House of Dancing Water in Macau, and Stufish Asia, giving her a global perspective on show creation and execution. She brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and hands-on expertise to every project—often delivering complex work while ships are in motion and shows are underway. Tania is passionate about technician development, cross-cultural collaboration, and creating sustainable systems that support high-quality live experiences.
