Stephanie Trinh

Bio:

Stephanie Trinh is a senior rigging manager for Encore, where she plays an active role on multiple committees dedicated to impactful company-wide changes in safety standards, training, and operational workflows. She began working in the industry as a lighting stagehand and developed an interest in rigging while touring with Broadway and Arena Circus shows throughout North, Central, and South America. When offered a full-time rigging position, she left the road, then four promotions and an ETCP certification later, accidentally turned rigging into a career.
