Nikki Sanz is the Founder and CEO of Giggs, the home for the people behind live events. Giggs brings together hiring, media, community and education in one place: a hiring marketplace connecting 50,000+ vetted professionals with 2,500 companies; a media arm with a podcast, docuseries and newsletter that tell the stories of the crew behind the show; Industry Nights that bring the community together city by city; and education content that helps professionals build lasting careers. Before founding Giggs in 2022, Nikki worked on the road and backstage with Eric Church, George Strait, Live Nation, the Super Bowl, CMA Fest, and Bonnaroo. She is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and passionate about connecting the live event industry.
