Naomi Gold
Entertainment Technical Lighting Supervisor David Copperfield Theater
Bio:
Naomi is a theatrical lighting designer with a diverse and accomplished career in live entertainment, museum exhibition design and theme park entertainment. She currently serves as the Entertainment Technical Lighting Supervisor at the David Copperfield Theater inside the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, where she oversees all aspects of lighting for one of the most iconic magic productions in the world.
Prior to her work in Las Vegas, she was the Lighting Design Specialist at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis -the world’s largest children’s museum - where she brought immersive lighting concepts to life.
With a strong academic foundation, Naomi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in Lighting Design and Technology from the University of Northern Colorado, and a Master of Fine Arts in Design & Technology with an emphasis in Lighting Design from Indiana University.
Throughout her career, Naomi has contributed to a wide range of productions and installations that have earned recognition from regional and national design organizations. Her work reflects a deep passion for storytelling through light, blending technical precision with creative innovation across multiple lighting environments.
