Mike Smith is the Director of Operations at ROE Visual US, where he plays a key role in bridging the gap between innovative LED technology and the technicians who bring it to life. With a sharp focus on supporting end users, Mike helps production teams successfully integrate ROE LED products into real-world applications while strengthening ROE’s internal expertise across a range of workflows and system configurations.
Before joining ROE, Mike built his career as a freelance LED engineer, working on major concert tours, high-end trade shows, and large-scale live events. Known for his ability to break down complex concepts into approachable, hands-on lessons, Mike brings both technical depth and a passion for LED systems to every training session. Whether you’re new to LED or looking to sharpen your skills, Mike is dedicated to helping every participant leave with a stronger understanding of how to be well-rounded, successful LED technician.
