Kayla Czembowski

Bio:

Kayla Czembowski is the director of operations for Encore at Caesars Palace, where she oversees the logistics and execution of convention events at one of Las Vegas’s premier venues. She joined Encore in 2022 as an Associate Project Manager, quickly advancing into venue operations leadership and stepping into her current role in early 2025.

With a BFA in Theatre Design and Technology and over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry, Kayla has worked behind the scenes with productions such as Blue Man Group, Jabbawockeez, and Tournament of Kings. Her background brings a “show must go on” mindset and creative problem-solving approach to the audiovisual world of conventions.
