Bio:
Justin Brookhart is the executive director of Public Art and Placemaking at AGAR, an experiential marketing and creative agency that specializes in cultural storytelling and immersive brand experiences. At AGAR, Justin leads the national portfolio of public art and placemaking initiatives, overseeing concept development, artist curation, fabrication, installation, and programming for large-scale projects across the country.
His work bridges the public and private sectors, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and developing dynamic partnerships to bring impactful, community-centered experiences to life. Prior to AGAR, Justin served as Executive Director of BLINK, the nation’s largest public art festival, drawing more than 2 million attendees and earning national acclaim
