Hilary Cabezas

Bio:

Hilary Cabezas is a Las Vegas–based stage manager with experience spanning theatrical productions, cruise ships, circus, live entertainment, and corporate events. Throughout her career, she has worked in a wide variety of production environments, developing a reputation for remaining calm under pressure, anticipating challenges before they arise, and creating organized, collaborative spaces where productions can succeed.

After beginning her career in theatre, Hilary expanded into cruise ships and circus entertainment before ultimately transitioning into the corporate events world. The move allowed her to continue doing what she loves while achieving a healthier work-life balance. Today, she stage manages meetings, conferences, live events, and entertainment experiences, drawing on the adaptability and problem-solving skills gained throughout every chapter of her career, and is also a full-time stage manager for Encore Global.

When she's not on show site, Hilary runs Nightmare Music Mgmt, helps moderate the Stage Manager Greenroom Discord community, and spends as much time as possible with her husband, David, and their two dogs, Sudzy and Dolly.
