Finn Ross

Bio:

Finn Ross is a Tony and two-time Olivier award-winning video designer and Creative Director of FRAY Studio, the design practice he co-founded with Adam Young in 2015. Over two decades, his work has spanned musical theatre, opera, dance, concert touring, and large-scale live entertainment, with credits on Broadway, the West End, at the Met, the Royal Opera House, English National Opera, and on stages worldwide.

Theatre credits include The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Mean Girls, Frozen, Back to the Future, American Psycho, Les Miserables, My Neighbour Totoro, and Jagged Little Pill. His opera work includes collaborations with companies including ENO, the Royal Opera House, Glyndebourne, and Theatre an der Wien. Through FRAY Studio, he designs visuals and live camera worlds for concert tours and live events for artists including Glass Animals, Lewis Capaldi, Pierce the Veil, and Laufey, alongside projects with collaborators such as Es Devlin and Cirque du Soleil.

Finn trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama and is a Design Champion of the V&A Dundee. Through FRAY_DEV, the studio's free training initiative, he works to open pathways into the industry for emerging designers from the widest possible range of backgrounds.
