Chris Musgrave

Bio:

Chris Musgrave has spent more than thirty years in the global live event and entertainment industry—as a tour/production manager, producer, executive, and connector who moves as comfortably in the boardroom as he does on the show floor.

He is the founder of MAD International (Musgrave Advanced Dynamics), an executive advisory practice serving manufacturers, production companies, venues, hospitality organizations, and entrepreneurs across live entertainment, corporate events, and touring, and of Tour Pros International, built specifically for the touring and production community. He also directs the Live Production Summit (LPS), a curated executive community built on education, collaboration, and authentic relationship building—deliberately designed without the transactional atmosphere of a typical trade show.

Chris works at the intersection of strategy and execution: business development, strategic partnerships, sponsorship development, marketing strategy, experiential design, and large-scale international logistics. Organizations bring him in when a challenge is bigger than any one department can solve—a stalled partnership, an underperforming sponsorship program, an operational bottleneck, or a relationship that needs rebuilding.
