Carolanne Morgan

Bio:

Carolanne Morgan (she/her), Stage Manager & Acrobatic Show Caller, caught the theatre bug in community theatre at an early age, ran away with the circus in 2011, and has been harnessing the spark of creativity ever since.

As a stage manager, show caller, and production leader, she thrives at the intersection of people, systems, and storytelling, providing the structure and reliable execution that bring ambitious ideas to life.

After earning a BFA in Stage Management from the Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University in St. Louis, MO, she has spent her career flying above stages and around the world with theatrical tours, arenas, Big Tops, resident productions, new creations, and virtual stages. Leading teams through the demands of live performance, she is known for clear, calm communication and a commitment to both the craft and the power of the collective.

Some of her favorite credits include Cirque du Soleil’s OVO, VOLTA, Under the Same Sky (now ECHO); Dragone’s The Dai Show in Xishuangbanna, China; RISE with The Velvet Crane; and Awakening at Wynn Las Vegas. Virtually, she has helped produce events for Circle-Up Productions, Thank You 5 Creative, and other clients around the world.

Since 2021, she has served as Production Stage Manager for Cirque du Soleil’s ’Twas the Night Before…, helping to grow a single touring unit into multiple productions spreading confetti across the country.

Originally from Austin, Texas and now based in Las Vegas, Carolanne can be found keeping it weird, dreaming big, and celebrating the people who make live performance possible.
