
Brandon Gauthier
Lighting Designer, Programmer, Creative Technologist
Bio:
Brandon Gauthier is a Denver-based, New York transplant lighting designer and programmer specializing in immersive and live entertainment. He is currently designing a new immersive project with D.I.R.T., set to open in 2026. His past work includes serving as lighting designer for Norwegian Cruise Lines and heading lighting departments at the Wallis Annenberg Center in Beverly Hills and the Orlando Repertory Theatre.
Brandon has programmed and designed for large-scale experiences including Meow Wolf: Convergence Station, Casa Bonita, Busch Gardens’ Howl-O-Scream, and SeaWorld parades. His portfolio also spans productions such as Criss Angel: Mindfreak Live in Las Vegas, festival busking rigs, and themed entertainment worldwide, where he has collaborated with integration teams to create streamlined, user-friendly control systems. He has also served as a lighting programmer and director for live broadcasts, including The Shaq Bowl and The Tennis Channel.
In addition to his design work, Brandon teaches ETC Eos and Hog programming, sharing his expertise with the next generation of programmers and designers.
