Vectorworks Spotlight for Lighting Professionals

Session details:

This half-day class will use Vectorworks Spotlight to create and manage lighting plots. It is a shorter version of Spotlight tools for Vectorworks Users, focusing on lighting designs and excluding some scenic and AV elements. Topics include inserting lights, Spotlight numbering, DMX addressing, creating Instrument Schedules, and publishing light plots.

Target Audience: Lighting designers, electricians, board operators, and lighting design educators (anyone who needs to make light plots). 

Prerequisites: THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER CLASS. Attendees must have a basic understanding of Vectorworks or have attended the Vectorworks Training Introduction to Core Concepts and must know the basics of creating light plots on paper or within another CAD system. We also recommend taking the Getting Started seminar, and completing the Core Certification Course
