As expierenced  leaders, technolgy driven technicians, designers, project managers and industry professionals we must act on the need to mentor those interested and new too our industry and also to those whom want to grow and advance in their proudtion career. This is vital for the future success of our industry. 

I started my production journey in Los Angles in 1995. In that time I have had and still have great mentors that I have been able to lean on.  Since then, I've been given the pleasure to give oppertunities too and mentor some of the industrys greatest technicians, riggers, operators, designers and new business owners.
