Bio:

Teresa Aguilera is owner and CEO of Standby and Go Productions, Inc. (SB&Go). She is a Show Caller/Stage Manager/Director, Assistant Stage/Deck Manager/Floor Director, and Producer for live, virtual, and hybrid corporate events, television, and theatre. Teresa has a wide range of experience in agency work, experiential marketing, music, automotive, television, video packaging and storytelling. She has worked for countless clients and projects in the corporate space and before SB&Go worked at The Oprah Winfrey Show for over 14 years. Her experience there has made her highly adaptable especially as a show director/caller for hybrid and broadcast style shows.

She has used her skills on projects all around the globe calling/directing shows in both English and Spanish, as she is bilingual. Teresa is a proud graduate of DePaul University, The Theatre School (TTS) and has a BFA in Production Stage Management (1998). She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of callers and deck managers and so she adjuncts at both DePaul TTS and Northwestern University, and she provides students the opportunity to earn real world experience as part of her team by training/observing. 

Relocated in June 2018 from Chicago, IL she lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband and two dogs Luna & Rae.

Teresa is also the Phoenix, AZ Regional Representative for the Stage Managers Association.
