Bio:

Teresa Aguilera is owner and CEO of Standby and Go Productions, Inc. (SB&Go). She is a Show Caller/Stage Manager/Show Director, Assistant Stage/Deck Manager/Floor Director, and Producer for live, virtual, hybrid corporate, television, experiential and theatre events. She has a wide range of experience in television, agency work, experiential marketing, music, automotive, video packaging and storytelling.

T, as she likes to go by, worked at The Oprah Winfrey Show for over 14 years. Her experience there made her highly adaptable as a show caller/director for hybrid and broadcast style events. She currently works for numerous clients and projects in the corporate space.

Her diverse set of skills including calling/directing shows in English and Spanish has taken her on projects all around the globe including Spain, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Argentina, Columbia, England, Malta, Australia and South Africa to name a few. A proud graduate of DePaul University, The Theatre School (TTS), T has a BFA in Production Stage Management (1998). She adores mentoring the next generation of callers and deck managers and adjuncts at her alma mater. A Stage Management Association member since 2018, she loves collaborating with the SMA on projects.

Relocated in June 2018 from Chicago, IL, T lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and two dogs, Luna & Rae, and when she has time to herself, she chases the Formula 1 circuits around the world to cheer on her favorite teams and drivers.
