Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination/Negative Test Policy - Updated September 2021
To ensure maximum safety, Questex has instituted a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination, or proof of negative test, policy for all in-person participants at our LDI Show in Las Vegas. Participants at LDI will be asked to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test before entering the premises. Additional details on the vaccine/testing policy will be provided upon registration.
Child Badge Policy
Children of all ages are welcome to attend the LDI Exhibit Hall, child badges are free. High schoolers with an active school ID may attend the LDI Exhibit Hall and the LDI Conference Sessions with paid registration.
Children must be present to pick up registered child badges. The child badge to adult ratio is 2:1 and emergency contact information and waiver must be completed onsite. All children must be accompanied by an adult (2 children per adult) when on the show floor. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed on the show floor outside of regular show hours.
Strollers, wagons or other rolling carriers will not be permitted. For ADA accommodations please see the Registration desk in C5.
Badge Reprint Fee
In the event that you lose or forget your badge, there will be a reprint fee for a replacement badge. To have a replacement badge printed, please go to registration with your identification, and one will be reprinted. Reprint Badge fees are:
- Attendee: $60.00
- Exhibitor: $60.00
Refunds will not be processed for cancellations or no-shows. Substitutions are permitted at any time. Review your contract for details.

Hold Harmless Policy
You hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, and to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law you hereby expressly release and discharge, Expo Show Management, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, vendors, agents, contractors, and owners ("Related Parties") from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, costs, fees (including reasonable attorney fees), proceedings, expenses, damages, or losses, of any kind ("Claim") in connection with, or which arise out of or result from, your attendance at and/or participation in the event, including but not limited to any Claim for property damage and/or personal injuries, whether as a result of your negligence or willful misconduct, your violation of these or any other policies of, or agreements with, Expo Show Management or the event venue, your violation of any applicable law, regulation, rule, or ordinance, or otherwise, in each case whether or not foreseeable, and in each case except to the extent such Claim is directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Expo Show Management.
Identification Policy/ Right To Verify Identity
Identification is required at all times while attending LDI. It will be required for entry to the show at all times. LDI reserves the right to verify the identity of any persons, accepting and/or using a show badge. Any person found using another person's badge will have the badge confiscated and will be asked to leave the premises or correctly register.
Photography and videography is not permitted without the express consent of LDI Show Management and Exhibitor, if applicable. Exhibitors and attendees understand that Expo Show Management or its authorized representatives may conduct interviews and may take photographs and/or videotape at LDI. Exhibitors and attendees hereby grant to Expo Show Management and its authorized representatives the absolute right and permission to use my name, likeness, biographical information, voice, content of any interview, image and/or photograph and any other indicia of persona ("Persona") or to refrain from doing so, in any manner or media whether existing now or hereinafter developed (including without limitation the World Wide Web and the Internet), worldwide, for trade, advertising and/or promotional purposes. Exhibitors and attendees agree Exhibitors and attendees shall have no rights of review or approval, no Claim to compensation, and no Claim arising out of or resulting from the use, alteration, blurring, distortion or illusionary effect (whether intentional or otherwise) or use in any composite form of Persona and agree to release and hold Expo Show Management and its authorized representatives harmless for any and all such use(s).
For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show floor hours, except where such rolling carts or bags are a medical necessity. Coat Check is available to store these items. Exhibitors may roll in small briefcases and small backpacks prior to the show floor opening each day. Please go to the Show Office with any onsite questions or needs. If rolling bags are found on the floor the attendee may be asked to leave the show floor and may have their badge confiscated.
Only contracted exhibitors are permitted to promote their products, services or company at the show. Unless a marketing opportunity (i.e., sponsorship, showcase, exhibitor-presented seminar) has been contracted by the exhibitor, all company promotion and product sampling must occur within the contracted booth space. This includes, but is not limited to "roaming" characters, handing out flyers, approaching exhibitor booths to sell products, leaving and/or distributing product information in public spaces and show floor aisles, all of which are prohibited. Exhibitors found doing so will be sent back to their booth space and materials left will be recycled. Attendees will be asked to leave the show and forfeit their badge. Any "suitcasers" should be reported to the Show Office.
Right to Deny or Remove
We reserve the right to deny admission to, or remove any party from, LDI for any reason. All show policies are subject to change.
